Magicote Morning Glory Emul
A value for money, matte, water-based latex emulsion paint with a perfectly flat, smooth finish that will give beauty and protection to interior and exterior walls in shaded areas.
Magicote Flat Emulsion is extremely easy to use and its tropical formulation does have fungal and algal properties. Ideal for rentals, short-term use and the budget conscious shopper.
Surface preparation:
Rub down wood & knots
Seal knots with Berger Knotting Varnish
New concrete should be free from loose sand, mortar & efflorescence
Previously painted surfaces should be cleaned from contaminants & flaking paint
Rub down with a fine grade sandpaper
Touch up with appropriate Berger Primer
Application Procedure:
Brush, Roller or Spray
For spray application, thin as necessary with water
First coat on unpainted surface may be thinned with up to 1/2 pint of clean water to the gallon
No priming required on new concrete
However, the use of 1 coat of Berger Alkali Sealer on new concrete surface especially on the exterior to prevent
Prime new wood with Berger Grip&Seal or Berger Wood Primer White before applying Magicote
