The CHAPIN industrial Viton concrete sprayer has a 3.5 gal tri-poxy lined steel tank that provides triple protection against rust, corrosion and damage from denting. Featuring a large 4 in mouth opening for easy filling and cleaning, brass wand, brass shut-off, brass fan tip nozzle for even coverage, a 48 in reinforced hose with threaded fittings and Viton seals for most concrete sealer applications. Our open head tanks have a unique tri-lock seal that insures the pump cap locks tightly into place.

Threaded coupling for easy removal. Hose reinforced with nylon braid and vinyl core to resist chemical attack, crimping, cracking and leaking. Brass fan spray nozzle for even coverage. (.05 GPM/95 degree VOC Compliant). OPTIONAL FEATURE: Model 1949 In-tank anti-clog filter. (Part #6-7745) VITON*TM O-rings and gaskets for maximum resistance to chemical corrosion.
