The Lutron Maestro Occupancy sensing switch combines a Maestro switch with a passive infrared occupancy or vacancy sensor. The sensor detects the heat from occupants moving within an area to determine whether the space is occupied. Based on the feedback from the sensor, the occupancy sensing switch will adjust the load accordingly.
Automatically turn lights on and off with this wall-mounted switch. Turns lights on when anyone enters the room and turns them off when room is vacant. Uses Advanced XCT sensing technology. Up to 900 sq ft of coverage. Also features "Ambient Light Detect" mode: lights wont turn on if there is enough natural light present; user may still manually turn lights on. Works with all bulb types. Requires ground wire. Maximum capacity 150 watts CFL/LED. UL listed.
