Occupancy/vacancy sensors use advanced Passive Infrared (PIR) technology to sense the movement of heat-emitting bodies. Occupancy sensors provide Auto-On/Auto-Off or Manual-On/Auto-Off operation while vacancy sensors provide Manual-On/Auto-Off operation only. The sensors automatically turn lights off after a space becomes vacant and a preset time delay elapses. Built-in dimmer provides preset full-range dimming of light load. A horizontal dim/bright bar with row of green LEDs provide intuitive control. Both versions provide 1-pole (single-location) wiring and work with incandescent and magnetic low-voltage lighting load types. All sensors are compatible with any decorator-style or decorator screwless wallplate.
For incandescent and magnetic low voltage. Single pole, 5 amp, 600 watt 120 VAC, 60 Hz. Can replace a standard wall switch. Turns on automatically when motion is detected, will turn off lights after a user selectable time delay. Selectable time delays are 5 seconds (Test Mode), 5 minutes (factory default), 15 minutes and 30 minutes. The reverse mode is used when the lights must stay OFF in a room while motion is detected. Manual on only mode may be selected to prevent motion from automatically turning on the lights. Override mode turns off all motion sensing and allows the device to be used as a regular ON/OFF switch. Includes color change kits for white, ivory and almond. cULus Listed.
